We are all about the natural state of haircare

Natural ingredients are easier absorbed, more nourishing, and more beneficial to the hair and scalp than synthetic and chemical ingredients - which tend to weigh down and sit on the hair and scalp - blocking pores, causing build-up, and a host of other things. NaturalCurls are formulated with the finest natural and nature-derived ingredients - to deliver optimum nourishment, moisturisation, and shine to naturally curly hair ... hence the name. Our products may be used on relaxed or un-relaxed, processed or un-processed hair.  

We are about moisturising and nourishing liquids

Luxuriate in the natural goodness of aloe juice, coconut milk, fruit extracts, herbal extracts, and floral waters. We use these wonderful natural diluents to disperse our oils and butters.  

We are about natural/nature-derived emulsifiers & thickeners

We use Behentrimonium Methosulphate & Cetearyl Alcohol to combine our oils and liquids. Behentrimonium Methosulphate is derived from rapeseed oil, and is not a sulfate. Cetearyl Alcohol is a plant derived thickening wax and does not contain alcohol. Xanthan Gum, Cellulose Gum and Guar Gum, derived from plant sources, are used to improve the viscosity of our products.  

We are about gorgeous natural fragrance

We use plant essential oils to fragrance our adult products and floral waters to fragrance our children's products - KiWiCurls (KIds WIth CURLS).  

We are about natural & naturally- derived preservatives

Product preservation is a legal requirement for marketing cosmetic products in the United Kingdom as well as a practical and health and safety necessity. We use a parabens-free and formaldehyde-free preservation system - Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Chlorphenesin and Potassium Sorbate.
